Warranty Coverage

Total Hail Solutions LLC offers a lifetime warranty on all PDR work for vehicles under the existing insurance policy. Please note that this warranty does not cover manufacturer defects on replacement parts or any third-party paint work. We stand behind our workmanship and will repair any recurring damages that are found to be a result of our labor at no cost to you.

2.2 Claiming Warranty

Process for Warranty Claims

If damage to your vehicle reoccurs, Total Hail Solutions LLC will intake and scan your vehicle to compare it with our repair records. If we determine that the damage is the same as previously fixed and due to a labor defect, we will undertake the necessary repairs at no additional cost to you. This ensures your vehicle remains in top condition without extra financial burden.

2.3 Service Location & Transport Responsibilities

Location and Transport

All warranty repairs are performed exclusively at our headquarters shop. It is the responsibility of the client to transport the vehicle to and from our repair facility. We encourage clients to schedule their repairs to minimize inconvenience.

2.4 Warranty Transferability and Validity

Transferability and Validity of Warranty

This warranty is non-transferable and is only valid as long as the vehicle remains under the same insurance policy it was under at the time of the initial claim. If the vehicle is transferred to a new owner or a different insurance policy, the warranty becomes void.

3. Legal and Jurisdiction

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This warranty and any disputes arising from it are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any legal actions, litigation, or proceedings must be initiated in the courts of the State of Texas, specifically within Collin County, or any appellate court therefrom. Each party agrees to the exclusive jurisdiction of these courts and acknowledges that any judgments are final and enforceable in other jurisdictions as provided by law.
